Scope:

The company was established by the Slovak Republic represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic on 20 July 2015, on the basis of the Decision of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 165/2015 Coll. of 8 July 2015 for the implementation of Section 4(5) of Act No. 384/2011 Coll. on a special levy on selected financial institutions and on amendments to certain laws, as amended by Act No. 87/2015 Coll.

The company was founded by the entry in the Commercial Register on 29 July 2015.
