State Aid granted in the Slovak Republic over the years 2002 - 2009
Table spreadsheets below represent very comprehensive overview of the state aid granted in Slovakia over the years 2002 - 2009 and are completed in compliance with the Commission Regulation (EC) No 794/2004 of 21 April 2004 implementing Council Regulation (EC) No 659/1999 laying down detailed rules for the application of Article 93 of the EC Treaty. (OJ L 140, 30. 4. 2004, p. 1 - 134).
The scopes of annual table spreadsheets are laid down in Annex III.A, III.B and III. C of the Commission Regulation 794/2004.
State aid granted to beneficiaries in all sectors except agriculture - table spreadsheet in format pursuant to Annex III.A of the Commission Regulation 794/2004.
State aid granted to beneficiaries in the agricultural sector and in the fisheries sector - table spreadsheet in format pursuant to Annex III.B and III. C of the Commission Regulation 794/2004 and Annex II of the Commission Regulation (EC) 1857/2006.
In compliance with the Act No 231/1999 Coll. on State Aid as amended by later legislation, the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic after obtaining assent from the Slovak government, submits completed table spreadsheets to the Commission by the 30th of June each year. Table spreadsheets published above are of a scope and structure as they have been submitted to the Commission.
